Visited again last night. Food was good and cooked/prepared correctly. Food came out quickly. Server was very nice and upbeat. She could have been better at refilling drinks and bringing condiments instead of forgetting about them. Did not seem too busy (Tuesday evening) but she may have been busy.

We have given this location two chances and both times they have filled to impress. The first time after we were seated we waited about 20 minutes and no one came to take our drink order even though multiple servers passed by our table and continued to service the tables around us. It wasn't until my wife got up and went to find someone did we finally get waited on. Once we placed our order we waited an excessive amount of time for our food, Other tables that were seated well after us Ordered, received their food, ate their food , packed up their left overs paid and left before we received our food. All together we were there for 3 hours and when brought to attention of management they comped our drinks and gave us a twenty dollar gift card. The second time my wife and I both ordered chicken as we always do with chicken we cut into the middle to ensure it is cooked. My wife's was pink in the middle. When we bought this to the attention of the manager her explanation was that they only serve grain fed chicken and sometimes it is a little pink. NO!!!!! PINK CHICKEN IS RAW CHICKEN!!!! needless to say it went back to the grill. Someone that doesn't know any better would have believed her BS eaten that and got very sick. WE Will NOT BE BACK!!! So if you're in the area and looking for a good steak house try Logan's Roadhouse right down the road maybe they won't try to kill you!!!!!!

This was my first at this location and they were great with dealing with our group of 9. Food came out fine and they were very nice especially when we were there after they closed. We really enjoyed the new look they have compared to the old layout when they were next to the Four seasons mall in Greensboro.

Alot better then the one that they had behind the mall. Very up to date. The food good. Try the twisted ribs. The best ever. And the atmosphere give you a fine dining vibe. Drink specials? YES.

The food was great, the service was friendly. It's a bit expensive. We were there on a Friday night at 7, waited 25 minutes for a table, and it took quite a while to get our food. This is all understandable; the place was slammed. Still, we got there at 7 and didn't leave until 9. Plan your evening accordingly. EDIT: I returned on a Sunday night, and there was a 15-20 minute wait with multiple empty tables. When we inquired about the wait when there were empty tables, they told us there weren't enough servers. I dropped a star for poor management.
